  1. I live in Lowell, MA with the 2nd highest population of Cambodian-Americans in the country. There are restaurants everywhere and I LOVE kroueng (the spice mix he messed up).
It is phenomenal with stir fried beef, lemongrass and jalapenos/scallions.

Please google it and find how to enjoy it. It’s the PERFECT hangover food.

  2. Id like to start by saying that my cooking skills compared to Mr. Ramsey’s are like comparing him to a stick with a chef’s hat on (meaning I’m the stick and he’s the pro) Now if like to say that it’s nice to see that Mr. Ramsay can still be shook by a fellow chef. His skills are great but obviously not perfect in everything and he’s willing to admit it and work hard at bettering himself. An inspiring man Mr. Ramsay is.

  3. Its that billion dollar palette of yours Mr. Ramsay that allowed you to understand the cuisine of the nation. You show your respect and honor with each gentle flick of your wrists.

  4. What a fake world we live in. A guy that creates food out of anger and stress to come over to their clients with smiles and religious acts.

  5. The most amazing part of the show was bringing in a talented chef from a school for street kids to assist in cooking for the Royals. I hope his talent was spotted and thank you Ramsey just for that.

  6. everytime the story line is the same…something goes wrong, he is in a rush and then finally salvages it…fuck me…does this scottish idiot not prepare ahead of time? every single time…same story line…that tells me it is all FAKE

  7. In the beginning of this video it sounds like the Cambodian version of Steppenwolf’s “Born to be Wild” is playing in the background.

  8. dunno, just feel like you got a famous western chef and ask him to cook cambodian dish.. umm?
like carpenter being asked to make a blown glass..

  9. I like seeing Gordon stressed out, nice reminder that he’s human when he says things like, “the pressure’s getting to me”. and to see him nail it despite the pressure is inspiring.

  10. The Khmer rouge killed most of my family, we are Cambodian born Cambodian Chinese, and so was Pol Put, but for some reason he killed us, my dad survived under harsh circumstances and went through enormous trauma between the ages of 8 to 16. Also Gordon’s pronunciation makes me shit myself.
