  1. I feel like Social media is the main cause for deppression and anxiety these days. I’m glad I’ve never had twitter and never got into Facebook, I’m a happy guy but I see others plagued by this.

  2. Thanks for putting this out Casey – great points. My latest video actually talks about the consequences of our excessive social media usage. Feel free to check it out. Have a great day!

  3. are we just gonna pretend we didint see that guy running in the background as he checked the time 8:30 ..?

  4. It’s called the information/action ratio. Ideally it’s 1:1. 1 piece of information that actually affects us equates to 1 action on our part in response. Now it’s millions of pieces of information we are unable to act upon or do anything with. 1,000,000:0

  5. I don’t even own a phone. Hahaha. And for the life of me I can’t figure out what everyone is staring at while walking down the street and what is so important. I just use gmail for calls, etc. Good on ya, Casey. Welcome to freedom, at least, partially…

  6. I hate this youtube channel on so many levels, who watches this garbage on a daily basis? Glad I’ve never subscribed, and never will. This channel should not be popular.

  7. About a year and a half ago I deleted all social apps (twitter, facebook, linkedin etc) and other pointless entertainment apps (mtv, buzzfeed etc) except instagram from my phone and it was the best thing for me. I found that I didn’t miss them and I was using my phone less and less.
I highly recommend it if you think you’re using you’re phone too much.

  8. Casey, I go off social media every lent for 40 days and it’s a great way to reset. I find that I feel much better afterwards
